This project was a great co-operation between Mick Tyler and members of his Breakaway Survival School students in 2005, which saw them raise sufficient funds to allow Mike Colton to carve with a chainsaw pieces of a giant Sequoia tree that had been felled at Letton Court Farm in Herefordshire. The farm donated it all to this project. This tree originally came from America over 180 years ago and was originally planted in Letton Court.

The main trunk weighed in at over 4 tonnes and is cut on both sides to make a seat as one side was to enable a view of a lake that is not there now. Two others now host these memorials.
